Common sage smudge stick bundled with jute twine.

Light with match or lighter briefly to allow it to smoke, then use it to “smudge” your space by gently moving your hand while holding it. This cleanses and purifies the room, providing a pleasant comforting scent.

It can be used in this practical sense, or also spiritually when entering a new space — perfect as a homewarming gift, or in a care package for a friend that needs to revitalise themselves.

Each stick is different, but are approximately 19cm long x 4cm thick.

The sage was harvested from my front garden in North London. It isn’t treated with any chemical pesticide or fertilisers (organically-grown). No additional products were added in the drying or making process.
